My first suggestion is to make sure the CSV file meets the requirements:

Then review the Tips:

These resolve nearly all issues encountered when importing.

Lastly, during the mapping step, triple check the mapping to make certain they are mapped correctly.

If you done this, please log in, and attach a copy of the CSV file you are importing and I’ll take a look to see if I see any issues.
