RE: I just hadn’t heard of Endurance.

On the adminbar, mouseover the Cache item and then click on the Cache Settings link. Scroll to the bottom of the page, The name of the option is Endurance Cache

Also, if you look under the Must-Use plugins on the Plugins admin page, you’ll find the Endurance Page Cache plugin.

Just mentioning this because I think you might find it helpful to know.

I took a look, and disabling the Bio Tray Image fixed it. My instructions missed a step. In the Preview, you needed to click on any entry name so the preview would refresh to display the profile view. From there you would set the Image Type to None.

The reason this needs done twice is that both the list view and the profile view can be configured independently giving you a lot of flexibility in the configuration of cMap.
