One of those shortcodes should be only the [connections] as mentioned in the previous directions. Whichever page is supposed to display without the lead in should have no content on the page, just the shortcode AND no options.

Additionally, you are using the id shortcode option instead of the home_id shortcode option. These are not interchangeable and explains why you get the no result message.
