Unrelated… but since you have a login widget in the sidebar, I do recommend turning off the login form within the entries. Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab. Disable the “Login Form” Content block in both the Results List and Single Entry sections.
In regards to the pagination… It appears something is “hijacking” (for the lack of a better term) the pg permalink but only in the directory root. Filtering by category and then going to a page works, ex:
http://www.mymesaaz.online/directory/cat/chiropractors/pg/9/
I can tell this is not happening as a redirect, so this is occurring very early in the WP load process…
Try deactivating and reactivating Connections followed by saving the Permalinks again.
If that does not work. Disable all plugins except the Connections plugin and its addons. Save the permalinks again.

Lastly, is your .htaccess file “standard”, meaning, have you added any custom directives which affect WP?
