I just tested your file. I did get the same 8 skipped rows.

The issue is that you can not have two rows for a single entry. They will not get merged. When there is no first and last name (if individual) or organization name (if organization) that row will get skipped.

In regards to the 404, left click on the skipped file link and copy the link address. What is this link? Paste it as a private reply.
