The issue is that you are forcing the display to use the Default Entry Card template with this template="card". That template does not support search and category filtering.

I suggest removing that option from the shortcode and then navigating to the Connections : Templates admin page and activating the cMap template which does support these features.

You can also remove show_links='FALSE' and enable_category_select='TRUE' enable_search='TRUE' because those features are on by default in cMap.
