Two things…
- I could use a FTP login too.
- Open a support ticket with your web host. ASk them if they are blocking outgoing connections to
https://connections-pro.com/wp-json/cn-plugin/
from your site. I’ve enabled logging on the license endpoints and connections from you site are not being recorded which means they are not being received. In contrast hundreds of others are working just fine. Right now, I suspect your web host is blocking outgoing connections. Who is you web host?
