re: It looks as though the prevailing message is “License entered is not for this item.” I’m wondering if it has something to do with not all pieces of the propack being active, but that would not explain those that are.
My instructions from my previous reply will fix this right up…
Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Licenses tab and activate your support license keys. After you do that, you will be able to update.
