What is/are the message or error messages you are seeing? I suspect you are seeing the “License has not been activated.” message. Click the link right beside it. That will take you to the Connections : Settings admin page Licenses tab. You’ve activated your license key for cMap, which is why it updates, you need to add and activate the license keys for the other items. After you do, them you will be able to update them.
