The CSV files look fine. I suspect a PHP error is stopping the import. Likely the caused by another plugin. You can try deactivating all active plugins except Connections related one during an import.

You can sloe review the PHP error log, I suspect something will be in there that may give a hint at the cause of the issue. You’ll have to contact your web host to ask them where your PHP error log is because each host is different.

If you wish, I can take a closer look. To do so, I would need both a FTP login and a WP admin login. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.
