  • Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page.
  • Click the Advanced tab.
  • Scroll to the bottom.
  • Enable the “Templates” option in the “Compatibility” section. It is a checkbox with this as the label “Themes can break plugin shortcodes that output content on the page causing the content not to render correctly. If the templates do not display as expected try enabling this option.“
  • Click the Save Changes button.
