I guess I can jockey between the 2 sites with the license — I only need to have the license on the sandbox briefly, at any point in time, to test out updates before I do the live site.

But how long should it take for the license to switch from one site to the other — if I use the Connections panel for example, to unlicense the sandbox, and add the live site URL – is there sort of a ‘rule of thumb’ of how long it will take for the switched site to be able to recognize the activation of the license and be able to be updated?
