Random Order plugin??? There is not a plugin for Connections with that name.

  • Are you certain you are trying to activate something for Connections? What is the exact name of the item you are trying to activate?
  • The error message, what is it, exactly?

If you are trying to activate a support license key for a Connections addon, the error message, it sounds like it could be this one; “Bundle license keys can not be activated. Use item license key instead.” But honestly that is just guessing without any details.
