I tried to install this and got the following error:

Installing Plugin: Connections Business Directory 8.5.16
ERROR: Connections must be installed and active in order use Connections CSV Import.

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. C:/inetpub/wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/connections/
