I found a purchase made by a Michael Kaiser on 12/07/2014. The domain of the email address matches but not the user name. So, I would say this is very likely the correct purchase. The email address is info [at] crossover.marketing … actually it looks like the email address is wrong, missing the trailing
.com. I corrected it.
To get the support license key numbers, he can log into his account (created during the checkout) and view them under the Licenses tab on the purchase history page. If he forgets the password, he should be able to reset it.
