I too am running the latest Connections and Yoast on this site as well as my dev site, neither give me this error. I highly suspect that it might be the theme or another plugin calling a core WordPress action or filter incorrectly and it only shows an issue when all are used in combination. To debug further I will need an an admin and FTP login. The details can be posted here as a private reply.
