Sorry, I can help. Not because I do not want to. It is because I have no idea how to solve the issue. The files in the Form plugin files have no special permissions applied to them. My only suggestion is to download the update from your purchase history and update Form manually. Here’s how:

Unzip the plugin downloaded from your purchase history.
Login in to your site via FTP.
Navigate to the ../wp-content/plugins/folder/
Upload the contents of the unzipped folder to the connections-form folder overwriting the existing files.
