re: I don’t see many of the fields in the card, specifically one field I’m interested in does not show on the card or the online record of the “connection member”; e-mail address.
The email addresses are displayed by default. I see you purchased the Pro Pack and have installed and activated the Contact extension… If you want the email addresses to be publically shown, you should disable this extension as it will hide them so users will use the contact rather than exposing the email addresses publically.
I deactivated Connections; only after I read the description of the product did I say, “I could done this myself”…. sorry….. but it didn’t work though. I still can’t view the e-mail in the card or in the “member’s” record. Other ideas?
I did try inserting the shortcode to turn on, but that didn’t work either.
re: I was able to turn on the address, but there is no e-mail, bio, or notes.
In Tile Plus, the bio and notes will only be displayed on the profile/detail view of the template (when you click on the entry name on the Tile). I believe these are off by default, so you would have to turn them on.
I turned on the bio and I now get the notes and bio in the “member’s” record but not on the card as you stated. Are there other templates that will display the bio on the card?
