Thanks for your quick reply. That definitely simplifies things.

However, in the database, the address and phone data land in the first field available, which in my case is “home” and “home phone,” respectively. (I’m intending to collect work phone and work address.) The admin can easily edit the type on the backend, but I know people will almost always forget to do so when approving records.

Is there a different approach that perhaps just limits what appears on the dropdown list, vs eliminating the options entirely?
