Did you set the email visibility to those not showing as “Public” which is the default or did you change them to be Private or Unlisted. Setting ot to Unlisted would cause them not to be displayed.

If that is not the reason… are you using the email_types shortcode option to limit which email address types that are to be displayed?

If neither of these are the issue, please share a link to your directory page so I can take a look.
