Thanks! I think the problem was by some very weird unicode characters that were exported from my client’s database.

Basically the unicode was being “mistaken” for comma characters, hence the misalignment of columns in the database. Funny problem. We’re simply not importing those columns that contain that data, and now it’s working fine.
