What I mean by n-number is n is some unknown number, to me. It really depends on what is being imported. From what you listed above. It looks like you’re importing twelve fields. So that n-number will be twelve plus hidden fields per entry. In you case, my guess is about 25 fields per entry are being used which equates to about 1000 total fields used when importing 38 entries.

The solution is to update the CSV Import you’re using to the current version which is not limited to PHP form field input limitation.
