My guess is that you’re using an older version of the CSV Import extension. You should update the CSV Import extension. Old versions of CSV Import used a form to import the entries. Newer versions of PHP limit the number of form fields that can be submitted at one time. I think the default is 1000 and anything above that 1000 is discarded. PHP implemented this as a security measure. Now I bet you might be thinking but I can only import 38, not 1000. Well, each entry requires n-number of form fields. That n-number really depends on what is being imported for each entry.
I couldn’t find a purchase records for the CSV Import with the email address on your user account. Did you purchase it with another email address? If you did, you’ll need to login to that account so you can download the update from your purchase history. If you want, I should be able to transfer all purchases to this account, I just need the other email address to do so.
