If it is not available to activate under the WordPress Plugins admin page and it is not available on the Connections : Templates admin page then you may have accidently deleted it. In that case you will have to reinstall it. I could not locate the purchase for it searching by the email address you used to post so you must have used another email address. You cMap might purchase may be available to you from your purchase history.
