As a quick follow-up. It appears that it’s the absence of the Visual editor loading that is causing the issue. If I don’t click on the Visual tab then I can enter in the Text tab in both fields.
So, if this is a plugin conflict or similar that can’t be resolved then disabling Visual might be a workaround.
