This is being cause by the SOD QuickBooks Connector plugin. This file.

This CSS rule:

.link{
	height:15px;
	float:left;
	padding:10px 0 10px 5px;;
	
}

If that plugin author con limit its CSS to its own admin pages that’ll resolve the issue.
