Change the permissions of the following folders and files to 767:

../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/
../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.html

That should fix it, let me know if it does not.

Also, I so you’re using Excerpt 1.0.1. I do recommend updating it to the latest version, 3.0.1.
