I see … Form 2.x introduced a new settings page, look on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Form tab. All the shortcode options are now settings which affect both the /submit/ and the shortcode. Actually, I do not even have documentation for the shortcode up anymore (I removed it) because I’m deprecating its usage.
