It looks as if the entry was created as an Individual with the name of Moses Perez and then changed to an Organization so the slug for that entry, moses-perez will forever be moses-perez as there is not yet a way to edit an entry slug. You would have to create a new entry as an Organization with the name of 9Queens for the entry slug to be correct. After you do, the URL will be:

domain.tld/direct-home-page/name/slug

If all your entries are only ever going to organizations, you could change the Name permalink base from name to organization but you would also have to change the name permalink base to something else, like maybe individual so the two would not conflict.
