What version of Slim Plus do you have installed? Can you make sure you do not somehow have it installed twice on the Plugins admin page.
Ok, the first thing to do is open the page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab. Are there any errors listed? If so, what are they?
Next, check to make sure the the slim-plus.js file is being loaded. Click the Sources tab. Click the little arrow beside wp-content so it expands. do the same for plugins and then connections-slim-plus. You should see slim-plus.min.css?ver2.0 only once. Do you?
Lastly hit CONTROL+U to open the page source, search the page for slim-plus.min.css, it should show as a result only once. Does it?
If all that looks good, then you need to eliminate the possibility of a plugin conflict by deactivating all other plugin except Connections and Slim Plus to see if the issue is resolved. If it is, then it is a plugin conflict. You’ll have to activate the plugins one at a time and check if the issue returns, if it does, then you found the plugin that is causing the conflict.
Let me know what you find.
