Just a quick note to say how much I appreciate this thread! We experienced the same problems when we launched our directory yesterday. It’s interesting to note the duplication did not occur in our testing.

The duplication appears to occur when an imported record is edited. Which, of course, is 99.9% of the entries. When a new test S2Member was created this did not occur.
