Honestly, I’m not certain. Connections just pulls the data out of the database, it even orders them. I’m not doing anything that is language specific. Best I can do is log this as a bug for now and try to fix it. Can you write out the full alphabet in the order they should be … that way I have something to compare results to.

The address format can be changed if you have purchase one of the commercial templates. See this doc page on how to accomplish this.
