1. You can use the order_by shortcode option to create custom ordering.
2. This is a template level design item … none of the free core template support this. Both the cMap and Market templates do. By default the present the logo on the card and if there is text in the bio field and there was an image uploaded, the image will be displayed in the bio content tray of the card. Hope that makes sense!
