The cause of the issue is likely the theme and not any bugs with the plugin or template.

The issue is that, likely the theme, is loading a version of jQuery which is not bundled with WordPress. This is not necessarily bad, but they way in which it was done will break other plugins.

To try to fix the issue, please go to the Connections : Settings admin page. Under the Advanced tab you’ll find a jQuery option. Enable this option and save.

In most all cases, this resolves the issue.
