thanks so much for getting back to me.

I have done a temporary work around just to disable the page builder and go with generic wordpress page. this has created some strange things with the page layout ( width etc) but it does now render your plugin correctly.

I will contact my web developer Naummeer to see if you he has any better options. thanks for looking into this for me
