I took a much closer look at the screenshot you had attached to a previous reply of the database upgrade message. It contains a partial referrer in the URL. It appears the redirection to this screen occurs after the export is complete but before the CSV download occurs.

Can you please look in the ../wp-content/uploads/ folder to see if their are CSV files? If there is, can you download one and see if it is complete?
