For the web link title, triple check your settings in Say What. They must be exact or it will not work. It appears you have not entered the info I supplied for the Context. This matters, because this is how WP knows the two titles are different.

fyi… I will need to release a Form update that includes a similar tweak which means the one Say What change will not longer be valid. You should have three instances for title in Say What to be forward compatible. You will need the two I already directed and this one:

  • Original string: Title
  • Text domain: connections
  • Text context: [blank, enter nothing]
  • Replacement string: Qualifications
