number of stars does not reflect actual number of characters

I suspect you are trying to manage licenses purchased with the D****c@g****l.com while logged in as c*******1@g****l.com. To manage those licenses you will have to login with the D****c@g****l.com account.

What I’ve done is manually deactivated them for you … you will now be able to activate these licenses on you site.
