We see the link to go to edit the user’s profile when logged in as the user, but it is not allowing that user to go there – we keep getting brought back to the front end “dashboard” page. This user is not allowed to see the actual wordpress dashboard at all.
I do not know the setting either … it is something that is configured with one of the other plugins. Be guss the WooCommerce memberships plugin. One of the other plugins that is installed is blocking access to the User’s admin profile page and redirecting the user to the dashboard page.
Like I mentioned, you’ll need to add frontend editing capabilities you’ll need the Form extension. To add frontend editing capabilities since the User’s admin profile page is blocked.
