The CSV File Requirements and Tips docs cover the most common issue. I would suggest starting there.

To offer more specific advice, I’d need to see a copy of the CSV file you are trying to import. My guess though… is that you are trying to import/update non-existing entries by using/mapping the Entry ID column or not meeting the requirements for the entry name/type.
