Sure, your CSV file can have just those fields. Actually the fewer fields the better because there is less data to parse.

In the mapping step you CSV file will only display those column headers… you would then map them to the correct fields in Connections as you normally would. Same process, just fewer to do since your CSV file would only contain a few columns.
