The templates have only single site support license options available which means cMap and other template can be activate only on a single site.

Right now, it appears your cMap license has been activated on http://afc.ditest.us/. To activate it on another site, you should first deactivate it on the other site. If you no longer have access to to the other site, see this FAQ, the “License Activated on Another Site” section on how to deactivate the old site. After you do this, you will be able to activate it on the new site.
