That is correct, the license keys are only valid for the item which was purchased. They can not be used to renew other items. A bundle is, as far as the store is concerned, still a “single” item even though it contains multiple items. Hope that makes sense.
re: when I downloaded from the email (as I assumed I would have to reinstall) each zip file saved as “connections(1).zip, connections (2).zip and so on instead of say “connections-csv.zip”.
I have not heard of or run accross this issue before. Could you forward the email back to me? I’d like to see if I can replicate it.
So you do not have to wait for me to try and replicate and troubleshoot…
The zip files, so you can install, when downloading, name them anything you want when downloading so as long as it is unique. The zip file contains the folder with the correct name so the name of the actual zip file should not affect installation.
