I recommend using SendGrid, it’ll be free if you send under 12,000 emails a month. This site uses nowhere no that limit (about half and growing). I would pay a reasonable fee now for the service, if I could!

When using SendGrid, it can be setup so it appears to come from your own domain. Notice mine are sent by email.connections-pro.com. You can also setup SPF and DKIM signing in SendGrid that was your email is far less likely to be filtered as spam. They make that very easy to do.
