You’ll need to use the home_id shortcode option. Here’s how:

  1. Create a new page, the page name is not important but should be relevant. Let call it “Member”.
  2. On this page add the [connections] shortcode, nothing else, no options.
  3. Publish the page. Take note of the ID that WordPress assigns it. You can find this is the browser address bar.
  4. Now edit your Members page and add home_id=n to each shortcode instance on the page where n is the page ID of the “Member” page.
  5. Save the changes.

Now all the links to the entry detail/profile view will resolve to the new “Member” page and can be displayed.
