Thanks for your response. So the Forms extension is used when New users submit the form to create their directory entry? Can it be used to edit entries and send notifications?

Sounds like we will still need the Form extension because the current issue is that someone creates a User Profile via S2Member, but this doesn’t create an Entry in the Member Directory automatically. Is there another way to do this or do we need the Form extension?
