First of all Steven, thanks for your great support and understanding of how all this works. Secondly, I found out this morning someone else on staff created a second username of NCBadmin <at> nevadacountybar.com and purchased additional plugins and extensions and so these purchases aren’t in the same account as support <at> nevadacountybar.com where I first ordered the Tile-Plus template. Is it possible to combine the two accounts? I apologize if this isn’t the best way to do this. Thirdly, in answer to your response, I don’t see how to use the Forms extension/plugin for a new user to enter new data to the database. Is this possible? Or is it not advisable? The way email addresses are handled (I’ve had to deal with tech support issues about this with this group) doesn’t work if the user has a browser email account like gmail or yahoo. Any suggestions? Of course they can copy and paste it. This is getting a little heady for me. I apologize for that.
