What is the exact shortcode you are using?

Are you receiving any error notices in the admin on the Connections : Manage admin page?

Did you receive any error message when adding an entry with a logo or image?

On the Connections : Dashboard admin page there is a “System” widget. What does that say about GD support?

I took another look at the page, this time the page source…

The image for the logo has this: class="ov-done" this is not something Connections adds. It seems another plugin or the theme is parsing the page for img tags and doing “something” with them that is corrupting the tags. Have you installed any new plugin recently or applied updates from other plugins that could cause this?
