From an email:
*Can you please help me, my entries look all wrong and they looked right before I messed around with the code.
I have reloaded a freshly downloaded version of cmap, but it’s just not recognising it, why is this?
The contact details are all in one line under the title and it just looks bad.
Can you please give some step-by-step (for dummies) instructions on how to fix this problem.
Also, with a custom .css, do you just duplicate the cmap.css, call it cn-cmap.css, modify it and then add it to (where)?
If you could please give me a quote for modifying the cmap template that would be great.*

Like due to browser caching. See this reply from me.
re: Can you please give some step-by-step (for dummies) instructions on how to fix this problem.
Sure …
- Deactivate cMap.
- Delete cMap.
- Reinstall cMap.
- Activate cMap.
- Verify cMap is still the active template on the Connections : Templates admin page.
- Visit the page where you inserted the
[connections]shortcode. - cMap should be the template being used to display the directory.
- Force refresh the browser by hitting
CTRL + F5orSHIFT + F5. Which one will depend on the browser you are using. Just do both… - You should now be back at the beginning, assuming that you never did create the custom template CSS file. If you did, delete it.

As mentioned in this reply, I am not available for custom template work at this time.
