I believe this might be due to an older unsupported (by its maintainers) version of PHP is being by your web host. Would you be willing to give me a temp admin account? I have a bug fix release that I’m tidying up for release, if you can give me a temp admin account I would be more than happy to install it for you to ensure that this bug fix release fixes the issue for you.
